Lianhe Aigen’s First Quality Month Event Grandly Launched, Starting a New Journey of Quality Improvement

On September 4, 2024, the opening ceremony of Quality Month themed "Quality by Heart, SME Driver" was held in the company's multi-function hall.

Company executives, department heads, and employee representatives gathered together to witness this important moment. The launch of the Quality Month event reflects Lianhe Aigen's emphasis and commitment to quality management. As the company's quality director emphasized in the opening speech: "The products we produce are related to others' lives. High-quality drugs can help patients alleviate pain and extend their lives, while any negligence may lead to the opposite outcome. Therefore, we must take ' Quality by Heart, SME Driver' as our core philosophy, follow 'From SOPs to SOPs, Dedicate Ourselves to Doing Everything Well', and actively improve our professional knowledge and quality management level."

During the Quality Month event, Lianhe Aigen will carry out a series of activities, including quiz contests, quality slogan selection, SOP study, QC skills competition, GMP training on identified key module, GMP knowledge contests, etc. These activities aim to practice the quality philosophy with practical actions, enhance everyone's quality awareness, standardize the quality behaviors of personnel in various positions, encourage every employee to participate in the continuous improvement of quality, form a good culture of following SOPs, achieve the effect of doing things right first time, promote the continuous improvement of the company's quality management system, and thus lay a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
